Activity/Assignment - 'Exploring Personality Traits'


Objective: To help students identify and understand their personal traits and how they contribute to their overall well-being.

Materials Needed:

  • Paper
  • Pencils or pens
  • Trait cards (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Begin the activity by discussing with students the concept of traits and how they contribute to individual personality and behavior. Explain that traits are inherent characteristics or qualities that influence how we think, feel, and behave in various situations.
  2. Distribute paper and pencils to each student and ask them to take a few minutes to brainstorm and write down at least five traits that they believe describe themselves. Encourage them to think about both positive and negative traits.
